Job Requirements :

Purpose of the Internship:

The internship program aims to provide young professionals with hands-on experience in the private sector, enhancing their skills and preparing them for future career opportunities. Interns will gain insight into the operations of a private sector organization, develop their professional abilities, and contribute to meaningful projects. Preference is provided to digital skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Support:
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis on relevant topics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Manage and update databases and records.
Communication:
  • Draft and edit communications materials, including social media and press releases.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Data Management:
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops.
  • Engage in self-directed learning to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the organization’s operations.
Other Duties:
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university in multi field including digital, financial, telecommunications, education, trade, industrial, and agricultural
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in [relevant languages, e.g., Dari, Pashto, and English].
